PRESCHOOL CLASSES WILL RETURN IN THE FALL
These 45-minute sessions are designed for preschoolers, age 2-5, AND their caregivers -- mom, dad, grandparent, nanny, babysitter, etc.
Spend quality time together moving your bodies. Teach them from a young age that physical activity is not only important, but fun. Kids can work on strength, coordination, gross motor skills, as well as cognitive skills. Their adults can get their bodies moving with some basic exercise promoting strength and flexibility, as well as a mental boost in their day.
