Our 30-minute sessions are designed to be fun but effective, and fit anyone's busy schedule. We aim to challenge you at whatever fitness level you come to us at, as every exercise can be modified to meet your needs.
We specialize in circuit training. You will rotate through stations allowing just quick rests in between. We're a form of High Intensity Interval Training, and it's how we squeeze a full workout into just 30 minutes.
